The hotel is conveniently situated near the Old Town, city center, and railway station.

The location here is convenient for accessing Annecy and nearby areas, as well as being close to a taxi service, and it's just 3 km away from the Palace I'lle History Museum.

The room was a good size, well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom; conveniently located with a bus stop nearby for easy access to attractions and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast selection is fantastic, and the venue is strategically located in a functional building in the heart of the city center.

Conveniently located next to the cute city center. It might be a bit tricky to find parking spots, but you'll have easy access to explore Annecy and its beautiful surroundings! 🏞️

The rooms here are spacious with a bathtub, and the service is efficient, exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were welcoming and the setting was marvellous.

I was initially assigned an old and not-so-clean room, but the hotel quickly addressed the issues and moved me to a recently renovated and comfortable room. The swimming pool was a big win, and the breakfast at the outdoor terrace was amazing - fresh and plentiful!

The location of the hotel on the outskirts of town made it a bit of a hassle, especially without a car. The walk back from the town felt arduous, especially in the hot weather.

Fairly quiet hotel

Not good for stay longer than 1 or 2 days.Unable to walk to anywhere .Too distant from centre ville and an awful walk(listed as 1 mile but much further)Restaurant choice very ordinary,breakfast OK but expensive.

The staff were helpful and fast to resolve problems. Breakfast was excellent.

The location wasn't very nice and on a main road so need to always use car.

The breakfast offered great food with a stunning view. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to a business park, surrounding areas, and the city center.

We recently stayed at Mercure in Seynod for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to help us, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of a secure parking lot and the hotel's central location. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. Additionally, the complimentary chilled water and good facilities were a nice touch.

The service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The 24 sevice at the lobby was very handy. Free internet and parking was excellent. In general I loved this hotel and would definitely consider going back :)

Need to be a secure complex tells you something about location; there was a homeless "camp" within 100 metres of the hotel. There was major rebuilding work going on inside the hotel which was not mentioned when we booked; restaurant which we were relying on was therefore closed; alternative dining arrangements were made but not very good. For first time visitors to Annecy it was difficult to negotiate the journey in and out of the town; hotel on a busy part of the road system outside the town
